Antoine Davis Coaching LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and related coaching services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you contact us, book a consultation, or enroll in a program, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city, and information you share about your athletic goals. We also collect standard technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform.
How we use your information. We use your information to schedule and deliver coaching services, respond to inquiries, send appointment confirmations and reminders, process payments, and — only where you have opted in — send information about our programs. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS/text messaging. If you provide your phone number when booking a consultation or through an opt-in form, you consent to receive text messages from Antoine Davis Coaching LLC related to your appointments and services, which may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business (such as scheduling, payment, and communication platforms), and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law.
Data retention and security. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at antoine@antoinedaviscoaching.com. You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message and from texts by replying STOP.
Children. Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

1. Who we are. This website is operated by Antoine Davis Coaching LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us"). By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services. The Company provides athletic and performance coaching for competitive athletes, including group coaching programs and private 1:1 coaching. Program details, schedules, session formats, and pricing are provided at enrollment.
3. No guarantees; not medical advice. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort, health, experience, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific athletic, competitive, or personal results. Our services are educational coaching, not medical advice, physical therapy, or psychological treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any training or nutrition program, and stop any activity that causes pain or injury.
4. Assumption of risk. Athletic training involves inherent risk of injury. By participating in our programs, you voluntarily accept those risks and confirm you are physically able to participate.
5. Payments and refunds. Fees, payment schedules, and any refund terms are stated in the enrollment agreement for the applicable program. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once a program has begun.
6. Intellectual property. All website content, program materials, frameworks, videos, and resources are the property of the Company. They are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed.
7. Communications. By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiries and services, including by email and text message. Text messaging terms, including how to opt out, are described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Community conduct. Participants in group programs agree to engage respectfully with coaches and other athletes. We may remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the program, subject to the terms of their enrollment agreement.
9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
